Results are generated by AI and are not guaranteed to improve your email performance. We make no promises about reply rates or business outcomes.
You may use ReplyBait to: grade cold emails for legitimate professional outreach, learn what makes a good cold email, improve your own email writing skills, and use the tool for personal or business purposes within the daily limit.
You may not use ReplyBait to: grade emails intended for spam or mass unsolicited campaigns, attempt to circumvent the daily rate limit through technical means, scrape or automate requests to our service, resell or commercialize our AI-generated output without permission, or use the tool for any illegal purpose.
Free users are limited to 5 email grades per day per browser. This limit exists to keep the service free for everyone. Attempting to bypass this limit (by clearing localStorage, using VPNs, or other means) is a violation of these terms and may result in your access being blocked.
The scores, feedback, and improved emails generated by ReplyBait are produced by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or suggestions that are not appropriate for every situation. Always review AI-generated content before using it. ReplyBait is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from use of the tool's output.
The ReplyBait name, logo, design, and original code are owned by ReplyBait. The improved email versions generated for you are yours to use freely. You retain ownership of any email content you paste into the tool.
ReplyBait is provided free of charge and on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, API outages, or other reasons. We are not liable for any loss caused by service unavailability.
ReplyBait is provided "as is" without any warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyBait and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool — including but not limited to lost business, missed replies, or incorrect AI suggestions.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ReplyBait after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top when changes are made.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of ReplyBait will be resolved in good faith. If resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
